GREAT NEWS JUST OUT FROM THE South Carolina Realtors Association:
Although home prices are down 6.8% in the STATE, home prices in the Charleston Trident area are only down 1.9% from last year. That's not nearly as horrible as the news media portrays the situation. This was published based on May 2008 figures.
